Ingredients

1 kg mussel, boiled then chopped meat

1 head  garlic, minced

150 g onions, chopped

1- 5 pchot pepper, chopped

10 g basil or oregano chopped

1 can (140g) Tomato Sauce

 

Direction

Saute’ garlic, onion, and hot pepper.

 

Add mussel meat, oregano or basil,

1/8 tsp iodized fine salt (or 3/8 tsp iodized rock salt)

and tomato sauce.

 

Cook over high heat for 5 –10 minutes

 with constant stirring. Serve hot.

 

Make 6 servings.
