Ingredients

300 g green papaya, cut into cubes

3 cloves garlic, crushed

1 pc medium onion, chopped

¼ kg clams, shelled

¼ kg shrimps, shelled

1 pouch      (200g) Tomato Sauce

3 cups thick coconut milk ( first extraction)

1 cup malunggay leaves or spinach

 

Direction

Boil papaya in water until almost tender.

Drain. Set aside.

 

 Saute garlic, onion, shrimps and clams.

Add tomato sauce

 

 Add papaya and malunggay or spinach leaves.

Simmer once.

 

Makes 6 servings

 

You can substitute shrimps, mussels and fish fillet if

clams is not available.
